Fermented by selected and native yeasts in eight and 17-ton closed-top stainless steel tanks. Aged in American oak barrels (10% new), for nine months. Bottled unfined.
Deep ruby red. On the nose, aromas of forest fruits and spice. Flavours are round and concentrated, supported by firm tannins.
“At 40%, this pan-Mendoza blend has the highest ever amount of Uco Valley fruit, with the remainder coming from lower Luján de Cuyo. Concentrated and firm, with lots of cassis and dark cherry fruit, bright, enticing acidity and just 10% oak, all of it new and French. 2022-26”

“The nose shows ripe-currant, walnut and violet character. Medium to full body, firm and chewy tannins and a hazelnut undertone to the dark fruit. Always a go-to cabernet sauvignon. Drink or hold.”
