Dezzani

Located in Cocconato, in Asti, Dezzani goes back three generation to 1934, when Luigi Dezzani founded the family business. His son Romolo and grandchildren Luigi Jr., Franca and Giovanni continued in his footsteps and turned Dezzani into the dynamic and modern winery it is today. Luigi Jr. is the main oenologist and runs the production. In 2009, the Rocca Family, a 5-generation wine producing family, became the major shareholder and placed Marco Rocca as President.
Dezzani harvests grapes from vineyards in the Langhe-Roero and Monferrato that are both part of the UNESCO World Heritage site referred to as ‘The Vineyard Landscape of Piedmont’, one of the most important wine producing zones in Italy. In 2020, Dezzani received several gold medals at Gilbert & Gaillard 2020 and Berliner Wein Trophy 2020.
