A gifted winemaker, with more than 15 years of experience making wines on California’s acclaimed Central Coast, Katie Povah brings a deep and nuanced understanding of the Paso Robles wine region to her role at Postmark. From working with Postmark’s grower partners to overseeing harvest, winemaking, blending and bottling, Povah strives to express the luxurious power and complexity of great Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon.
