This Cabernet Sauvignon smells like baking spices, vanilla bean, violets, and dark chocolate. On the palate, there are notes of black cherry, caramel, blackberry compote, and dried herbs. A rich mid-palate with velvety tannins balanced with bright acidity. Pair with beef and mushroom stroganoff, ginger-sesame fried tofu, or gouda cheese.
