Champagne Bollinger NV Rosé Brut is crafted from a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier, with 5 to 6% red wine added. Over 85% Grand and Premiers crus, with a moderate dosage of 7-8 grams per litre. Bollinger Rosé can be served for afternoon tea, perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as a aperitif or served with fruit and pastry for dessert.
“This offers ripe plum and nectarine fruit, with mouthwatering acidity in abundance, as well as accents of anise, tea, rose and orange peel. Bright and finely knit, featuring a satiny mousse and good focus through to the chalk-laced finish. Drink now through 2024.

“Disgorged in the first half of 2019 and based on the 2015 vintage, the latest release of Bollinger’s NV Brut Rosé is showing very well, wafting from the glass with aromas of red apple, plum, yellow orchard fruit, white flowers, dried orange, ginger and honeycomb. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, broad and vinous, with a fleshy profile that’s enlivened by delicate phenolics. Fresh, precise and integrated, this is showing very well.”
