Champagne Bollinger NV Rosé Brut is crafted from a blend of 62% Pinot Noir, 24% Chardonnay, 14% Meunier, with 5 to 6% red wine added. Over 85% Grand and Premiers crus, with a moderate dosage of 7-8 grams per litre. Bollinger Rosé can be served for afternoon tea, perfect for a picnic on a summer afternoon, as a aperitif or served with fruit and pastry for dessert.
“Brisk and bold, this mellows from a tough stance into long, mouthwatering flavors of red forest berries with a rich underlying oak structure. It includes five percent red wine from Verzenay and Aÿ, contributing to the color and to the lasting depth of flavor—this tastes good several days after opening, even after the bubbles have completely dissipated.”

“Bollinger released its first non-vintage rosé in 2008, a late addition for a Champagne producer that got its start in 1829. As is the case with other Champagne houses, Bollinger bases its brut rosé on the style of its popular Special Cuvée, with the addition of 5 to 6 per cent red wine for colour and red fruit flavours. The result is a complex and flavourful pink Champagne with a long, lingering finish. The richer and fuller style makes this stand out from fresh and fruity sparkling rosés. Drink now to 2027.”

“A fruity and fresh, tangy rosé with peach and apple aromas and flavors and hints of cream and lemon rind. Subtle and satisfying. Drink now.”
