Les Clos is the best and most famous Chablis Grand Cru vineyards, featuring an optimal south-west exposure, providing the grapes with excellent sunshine. The Kimmeridgian soil is quintessentially Chablisienne, providing the wines with excellent minerality and tension.

This wine is aged in 500L barrels for 9 months. Expect notes with of citrus peel, some florality, and a hint of vanilla from the wood.

“The 2020 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru is well-defined on the nose, quite malic with satisfying mineralité, not powerful but focused. The palate is well balanced with fine depth, lightly spiced though I would like to see a little more weight towards the finish. This should drink well over the next 12 to 15 years. Closure: Diam”
