Closalis Rosé hails from the Mediterranean region of Mont Baudile in the Pays d’Hérault, where they know a thing or two about producing food friendly – and hot-weather friendly – rosés.

Grenache and Cinsault are fermented separately under controlled temperatures, then artfully blended to produce this pale salmon ‘gris’ style rosé, typical of the region.
