Domaine Coquard Loison Fleurot is a historic Burgundy estate now recognized as one of the region’s rising stars. Under the direction of Claire Fleurot and winemaker Thomas Colladot, the domaine champions low-intervention winemaking that emphasizes purity and site expression. With holdings across six Grand Cru vineyards—including Grands Échezeaux, Echézeaux and Clos de la Roche—their wines are hand-harvested, aged for 18 months in oak, and bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This Vosne-Romanée is sourced from three distinct lieux-dits within the village, capturing the appellation’s hallmark elegance, power, and aging potential. It delivers vibrant notes of wild strawberry, cherry, and raspberry, anchored by firm acidity and a spicy, mineral core. The structure is both refined and persistent, finishing with floral lift and complexity.
Serve with duck breast, game birds, or truffle-infused mushroom dishes.
“30 barrels! A lively fresh ruby, animated fresh raspberry, with an airy lift. This really is a thing of beauty, with just the right structure to back up the quality of the fruit. No feeling of dilution, a masterful hand at work. Subtle detail without loss of intensity. Drink from 2028-2034.”
