Founded in 1585, Domaine Raoul Gautherin et Fils is one of the oldest family-run estates in Chablis, passed down from father to son for over four centuries. The Chablis Mont de Milieu 1er Cru is vinified in stainless steel to preserve its purity and clarity. It opens with lifted aromas of lemon peel, crushed shell, white flowers, and flint.
