Red Table Wine
Named for the county in which Domaine Serene’s estates are located, this signature blend includes grapes from the Dundee Hills, Eola-Amity Hills, and Yamhill-Carlton AVA’s. The winery’s ability to combine fruit from a variety of parcels results in premium Pinot with consistent quality year over year.
Aged 15 months in French oak, the Yamhill Cuvée is extremely expressive showcasing heavenly aromas of cocoa, pomegranate, clove, and star anise. A patchwork of cherry, cranberry, and blueberry flavours explode on the palate. Polished and plush with a long, lingering finish. An extremely appealing wine, with the complexity, elegance and finesse expected from a Domaine Serene Pinot Noir.
“Sweet strawberry and cherry with some hibiscus. Medium-bodied with orange peel and fine tannins. Fresh finish. Juicy undertone. Extremely well done for 2019. Drinkable now, but better in a year or two.”

“The 2019 Pinot Noir Yamhill Cuvée has a medium ruby color and is bursting with pure scents of pomegranate, rhubarb and cranberry with accents of woodsmoke, tobacco leaves, earth and mossy bark. The light-bodied palate offers restrained, earthy fruit, a soft, juicy structure and long, spicy finish. This is very easy to drink!”

“The 2019 Pinot Noir Yamhill Cuvée is perfumed with rose petal, pine, and wild strawberry, and the palate is straightforward and fresh, with delicate raspberry and tea leaf. This is perfect for more youthful drinking over the next few years. Drink 2022-2025.”
