This wine is made from a granite-terraced vineyard on the coveted western slope of the hill of Hermitage. Painfully small yields are harvested by hand and treated with a gentle touch in the winery. Supple and spicy with a rich and silky finish, this is a Hermitage then can be enjoyed in its youth or cellared for a decade. Very limited production – only a few hundred bottles are made from each harvest.
