The fruit from Peay’s Estate Pinot Noir wine is from Scallop Shelf, Pomarium, and Ama, and the result is a wine that feature the best characteristics of all three plots. The blood orange quality from Scallop Shelf, the garrigue from Pomarium, and the bing cherry from Ama are all perceptible.

Their Estate Pinot Noir was completely destemmed and saw no new oak, leading to a wine that will age gracefully for the next 5+ years but is also very approachable and lovely for immediate enjoyment.
