Winc is an unconventional winery founded in 2012 with an entrepreneurial spirit. Winc works with independent winemakers and growers from throughout California to source wine and grapes. They opt for small-lot winemaking techniques and philosophies, favouring quality over quantity.

Put some fizz in your festivities! The Summer Water Bubbly is blend of Grenache with a little Syrah, from 15-year-old sustainably-farmed vines in California’s Central Coast AVA.

It is refreshing, light and dry, with fruity notes of melon, peach, and strawberry. Great for summertime, or when you want to feel like it’s summertime!
