The Zardetto family has been in Conegliano for centuries. For over 100 years they have been growers and bottlers of local grape varietals, predominantly Glera. In 1998, Fabio Zardetto, now the fourth generation to helm the company, decided that the path to success was high quality Prosecco. In 2002, he began building a new winery equipped with the avant garde technology needed to achieve that goal.

Grapes are sourced from select hillside vineyards in the Prosecco DOC region, and fermented in stainless steel vats, preserving the fresh fragrant character of the Glera grape.

A gentle and sensual Italian bubbly, Zardetto’s Prosecco Rosé is mostly Glera (the classic Prosecco grape), blended with a small amount of Pinot Noir to obtain its delicate pale pink hues and berry richness. Wonderfully exuberant and lively on the palate, it is a modern aperitif as well as an exciting pairing with a variety of dishes.

“This pale-pink sparkler is packed with flavors of summer strawberry and white peach laced with tangy mandarin orange notes. Lively herbal hints add to the appeal as the wine finishes crisp and refreshing, ready for the dinner table or for the beach.” 90 points, Wine & Spirits, August 2021

“Pale salmon-pink. Nose of candy, red berry fruits, a rose petal note and watermelon. The palate echoes the delicious nose aromatics with very vibrant fruit, freshness and crispness. A fruit-laden wine for sharing.” Gold Medal, Gilbert & Gaillard International Wine Challenge, 2021
