The stone-laden soil and lack of irrigation forces the vines to hunt for nutrients resulting in complexity, rich fruit and freshness to the finished wine. Profoundly aromatic, this wines shows blackcurrant fruit with savoury olive and white pepper accents.

Complexity is high on this mid-weight frame, declared at just 12.5% alcohol, while zesty acids sweep through and drive salivation. Length and depth are very good.
