Cuvelier Los Andes

Mendoza

Cuvelier Los Andes is an Argentinian passion project that began in 1998, when the world-renowned Cuvelier family decided to merge centuries of French know how with the Argentine experience and Mendoza terroir.

Bertrand and Jean-Guy Cuvelier were seeking to implement their Grand Cru Classé de Bordeaux production techniques in the Uco Valley. As such, they developed wines of excellence, with a signature Bordeaux style, and created Malbec-based blends, which are proudly presented as the Argentine cousins of Château Léoville-Poyferré.

Adrian Manchón, winemaker and general manager of the estate, was selected personally by the Cuvelier family for his vast experience and wealth of knowledge. In 2009, management changed hands to the current overseers, Baptiste and Guillaume Cuvelier, the next generation of the family. They have taken Manchon’s original vision for Cuvelier Los Andes wines to the best and most demanding markets in the world.
