The Folly of the Beast Central Coast Pinot Noir is a nuanced, mono-varietal Pinot Noir with Old-World characteristics, but made in a modern style and showcasing California’s Central Coast. Grapes from 20-year-old vines are fermented in stainless steel then gently pressed and allowed to mature for 12 months in 30% new French oak prior to bottling.

Notes of sweet spice, cherry red fruit, dark berries, and forest floor. Folly is an elegant wine that will be a showstopper at your next dinner party. Pair with bbq or cured meats.
