Made predominantly from low-yielding Grenache Blanc that was planted shortly after the winery was established, “Murimuri” is an unoaked white that showcases the purity of the fruit and terroir. This was the first white wine to be made at Mas Doix and is described by co-founder Ramon Llagostera as:

“Bright clear, straw colour. Aromatic intensity. It is marked by a meaty spring fruits with pits (peaches and nectarines) but above all with a note that remembers the fresh Florentine fennel. A Mediterranean wine without wood.”

Intense aromatics of white flowers and fennel are met on the palate by fresh, vivacious acidity.  Lush and juicy peach, nectarine, pear and pineapple on the palate. It is elegant and silky with significant aging potential.
