La Chatenière is one of the oldest 1er Cru vineyards of Saint-Aubin planted in Burgundy.
The wine was aged 12 months (3 months in stainless steel tank) and 100% oak barrels (20% of new oak.)
It is a very floral wine with notes of citrus at the end of the palate which give it length and finesse. Best enjoyed between 2021 and 2027.
