The Organized Crime is a second-generation, family-owned, small boutique winery located on the Beamsville Bench of the Niagara Peninsula. This is the ultimate warm weather backyard and patio wine. The 2023 Rosé is Provençal in style, delicately perfumed with notes of white grapefruit, wild strawberry and hints of dried herb. Composed of whole bunch pressed Cabernet Franc, this elegant wine is crisp, mineral and eminently drinkable. Chill well and pair this with just about anything, or enjoy on its own.
