The Organized Crime Winery delivers bold Beamsville Bench character and serious bang for your buck. Edward Zaski and Ania de Duleba keep things deliberately low-volume so they can stay hands-on—farming the land themselves and putting quality first, always. They work closely with consultant winemaker Greg Yemen at every step, crafting expressive, estate-driven wines that showcase what this corner of Niagara does best.
This quality first approach doesn’t mean that they are bound by tradition. In fact, with the Sacrilege White 2023, they’ve thrown tradition down the embankment. The winemaking team had full creative license on this project—and they ran with it. The result? A bold, New World-style blend of Sauvignon Blanc and blanc de noirs-vinified Cabernet Franc that’s bursting with personality. Juicy yellow citrus, gooseberry, and lemongrass lead the charge, with a creamy lemon curd texture and a crisp, saline finish. It’s layered, expressive, and only just getting started—this one’s got serious potential.
Perfect alongside fresh summer fare—think fresh seafood dishes or vibrant salads enjoyed al fresco.
