The “AYC” designation highlights Aÿ, one of Champagne’s most celebrated Grand Cru villages and a historic source of Pinot Noir for Bollinger. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, each release combines a dominant base vintage with reserve wines to deliver the richness, depth and vinous character associated with the Bollinger house style, while emphasizing the distinctive personality of Aÿ.
