The Organized Crime is a small boutique winery located on the renowned Beamsville Bench of the Niagara Peninsula. The Organized Crime was awarded #2 Winery in all of Ontario, as well as #4 Small Winery and #6 Winery overall in all of Canada at the 2019 National Wine Awards of Canada, the country’s largest annual competition of Canadian wines.
The Organized Crime Winery ‘Break-In’ Pinot Noir has beautiful red cherry and raspberry notes, along with well-integrated oak spice filling in the background. The long cool ripening period allows beautiful aromatics to develop, while preserving the fresh acidity. The nose shows a savoury and herbal character, but with some time in glass and exposure to oxygen, the fruit really shows itself. This wine has plenty to offer now, but will gain more complexity as it ages gracefully over the next 5-8 years.
