The Organized Crime is a small boutique winery located on the renowned Beamsville Bench of the Niagara Peninsula. It was awarded #2 Winery in all of Ontario, as well as #4 Small Winery and #6 Winery overall in all of Canada at the 2019 National Wine Awards of Canada, the country’s largest annual competition of Canadian wines.
The near perfect vintage conditions and extremely low vineyard yields have elevated Organized Crime’s Pinot Gris into a realm of ripeness that winemaker, Greg Yemen, usually only dreams of. These factors, along with 28 hours of skin contact and minimal intervention in the winery, have resulted in a Pinot Gris bursting with mango, ripe peach and orange blossom notes that harmoniously match the fleshy, yet balanced palate. It’s a highly satisfying wine with broad appeal. A fan favourite.
