The Organized Crime Winery may be small, but their wines make a big impression. For The Download, the winemaking team drew inspiration from the structure and style of classic Left Bank Bordeaux, while maintaining the distinct character of the Beamsville Bench. Though still in its early stages, The Download is already beginning to show its potential. It’s a powerful wine, with fine tannins and impressive concentration. Even now, aromas of black currant, spice, and coffee bean emerge, hinting at its future complexity.
